Moss Agate is a beautiful, translucent Agate that features dendric branching, fern-like pattern in mossy green colours. Surrounding the patterns is a pale violet hue.

 

Moss Agate forms from fragments of weathered Volcanic rocks. It is a form of Chalcedony which has Moss Agate inclusions embedded into the stone.
