When will I receive my order?

Most orders are aimed to be dispatched 1-2 days after placing your order, and will arrive 3-5 days later, not including weekends.

However you can choose to purchase Express shipping, you will be guaranteed to receive your parcel in 1-2 days.

If ordering outside of the UK, then please allow a time frame of 5-28 days of dispatch and delivery. This is dependent on the country and delivery service you have purchased. Entering your address at checkout will give you an accurate time frame.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 200 countries! You can check your address in the cart check out page. 

 

Is there anywhere else I can shop?

What is Wholesale & how do I apply?

Wholesale is only available for established businesses; sole traders, limited companies and social media shop sellers are eligible to apply for wholesale.

Wholesale goods are bulk orders made by retailers to stock thier own shop with high quality crystals. They are bought at Wholesale prices, so that the company can make a profit from the goods.
